Neutrois persons fall under the "agendered" (without gender) umbrella. They are gender-neutral. They are not "stuck" between the 2 traditional genders, they are simply without.

Unlike agendered or androgynous persons who are (the majority of) content to bind/tuck or hide any sex defining traits, Neutrois neutralize themselves with the help of surgery. This can include surgery to remove the breasts, testes, penis, ovaries, womb, plastic surgery to slightly smooth sharp angles, plastic surgery to slightly sharpen smooth curves, etc.

Not to beconfused with androgyns who are under the "bigendered" (both genders), though they may look alike in some cases.

Neutrois are a category next to transsexuals and cissexuals, but unlike transsexuals, they do not "cross-over" to the opposite sex of their birth, rather they neutralize and are without sex.

Often mistaken for Transgenders, Agenders are actually a category off on their own.
Cisgenders (happy with their gender)
Transgenders (changing from birth gender to the opposite gender (typically without surgery))
Agenders (disregard gender all together/neutralize their gender (typically without surgery))

Cissexuals (happy with their genitalia)
Transsexuals (changing from birth sex to opposite sex (with surgery))
Neutrois (disregard sex all together / neutralize their sex (with surgery))
